This Section of the Forum deals with invitations to a particular member's official Forums.The Application for an invitation should come like this:

Forum Admin Name - Your Name(if there is an admin group,post it as Forum Admin Group Name)
Forum Mod's Name(if there are any) - Your Forum Mod's Name
Forum's Name - Your Forum's Name
Date Of Creation of Forum - The Date of creation of your Forum

Well that's it.please abide by these rules.Enjoy your invitations.
