"Come on Sonya!" were the words Johnny Cage said as he was running up the pyramid. A pyramid which lead to an ora of light, which was in a fiery blaze. Sonya had struggled to get up, as many had pushed and shoved their ways to the top. Johnny Cage had no choice but to Shadow Kick Stryker out of the way and off the pyramid. "Thanks Johnny," Sonya said. "Now lets go"
Sub-Zero was just coming up, when he met Quan Chi at the top. Qaun Chi had brought out his swords and quickly defeated Sub-Zero. Then Kai came along, and challenged Quan Chi, as well as many others. But they all fell to Quan Chi. Kenshi looked like he had the upperhand on Quan, but he was brutally killed. Shang Tsung jumped Quan Chi, and knocked him off the pyramid. Shang Kesnhi's soul and claimed it as his own.
Shao Kahn had attacked Shang Tsung, and almost knocked his head right off. But Shao Kahn missed, and hit a chip right out of the pyramid. Onaga the Dragon King came and grabbed Shao Kahn by the shoulders, and abducted him. Shao Kahn was taken into the darkness, and was unseesn.
Liu Kang appeared from the shadows. He cracked his neck, and an old rivalry was revived. Shang Tsung and Liu Kang battled furiously. But Liu Kang was knocked away. Shang Tsung went atop the pyramid, and saw a horrible sight. The shine turned around, and look Tsung in the eyes. Until that moment, Shang Tsung only realized he was suffocaiting from Liu Kang's chains...
