why dont you just make your forum and input a rule that everyone should have a pic cause not everyone wants to have a pic,or yes?
What do you mean display pic or a personal pic? As for display, I've always had one along with a sig I'm using.
well ya im staff, but ultimately thats not up to me. anyways, i mean you can put a pic of yourself in your prof, like mine for example. or ya know what. i got a thread idea. i think this should be an official topic, so i`ve pinned it. posat your photos here.or if too large links.
If you mean Persnal Photo,that Option was up already.Maximum Upload Size for Personal photo is 500000 KB and Size is 200x200 pixels.

It would be too offensive to force members to have avatars and\or personal photos.
