Sky is the Bkue Ranger in PR:SPD,he temporarily "becomes" the Red Ranger in the Episode Reflection:Part 2,and later is promoted to the Red Ranger in Endings:Part 2,The final SPD Episode,when Jack retires and leaves SPD.

But i hate still hate SPD though.

I don't know the characters well, and I only saw WF, NS, and DT, so I vote to Cole, though he's a barbarian guy and inspired by Tarzan. lol
